MLB Series - Melting Lubrication Bar
MLB is a concentration of graphite and soft metals
in a solid bar form. It is designed to melt and vaporize, leaving behind a dry lubricating film
that prevents any direct metal to metal contact. The film composed of soft metals and a laminated film of graphite, will eventually
give way to the harder surfaces of the kiln components. Therefore, re-application is required
as defined in our frequency of lubrication chart to maintain creep and the lubricating film.
-
The easiest and most efficient method of lubrication.
-
Simply insert between pads between the tyre & shell.
-
Adds years to the life of your Rotary Kiln or Dryers.
-
Reduces unscheduled maintenance shutdowns.
-
Reduces wear to Filler bars, Stop blocks and Tyres.
-
Eliminates direct metal to metal contact.
-
Leaves a dry lubricating film of graphite and soft metals.
-
Fills the pores of mating the surfaces.
-
Prolongs life of tyres and pads.
-
Maintains current creep for a longer period of time,
when used as directed.
MLB-HT
-
For Kilns, Melts and vaporizes at 234 F. (112C)
-
Safe up to 900 F. (482C)
MLB-LT
-
For Dryers and Feed Zone of Kilns where lower
temperatures are found.
-
Melts and Vaporizes at 125 F. (52C)
-
Safe up to 450F. (232C)
MLB-AS (Anti Seize)
-
Specially formulated for use on seized tyres.
-
Proven to successfully free seized tyres
and re-establish tyre migration.
-
Halts further wear and slug formation.
PBG-L Series
PBG-L is a concentration of soft metals and graphite
suspended in a synthetic non-carbonizing carrier, similar to the consistency of a thick oil. It
offers the same lubricating qualities as the MLB series, which is intended for pneumatic or
manual applications.
-
A concentrated blend of graphite and soft metals.
-
Safe up to 900 F. (482C)
-
Leaves a dry lubricating film of graphite and soft metals.
-
Eliminates direct metal to metal contact.
-
Prolongs the life of tyres and pads.
-
Maintains current creep for a longer period of time,
when used as directed.
G-35 & G-35 M
G-35
G-35 is a blended graphite dry film lubricant for those
who prefer the use of graphite and water. It is designed to melt and vaporize, leaving behind a dry lubricating film
that prevents any direct metal to metal contact. The film composed of soft metals and a laminated film of graphite, will eventually
give way to the harder surfaces of the kiln components. It will also reduce wear of seals on the
feed and discharge ends around perimeter of the kiln shell.
-
Remains in suspension and does not settle or pack.
-
Does not require stirring, mixing or agitation.
-
Ideal for direct use in centralized distribution
systems.
-
Non flammable, No fumes or toxic gases, Uniform
wetting.
G-35M
G-35M is a concentration of Graphite, suspended
noble metals and water for extreme high temperature conditions.
-
An exceptional tyre and pad lubricant.
-
Offers the same advantages as the
PBG-L series.
G-35W
Also available, G-35W will not freeze at sub zero temperatures, ideal for Northern Climates.
